After looking at the log it seems that in 2 instancies the card / chipset is mis-reported .. In that in the PCI scan the chipset is determined as a Nvidia Geforce 256 but as an unknown type .. the nv module then fails with unknown type for the card. Id say you have 2 options 1 checkout to see if

Your motherboard bios is broken. It appears to have 3 cards marked as the primary video card, and has some of the address spaces overlapping. You might get XFree86 to work if you explicitly tell it where to find the video card, because XFree86 is currently confused about the motherboard
