I have posted a kernel patch to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=225521. This patch will allow make config to use pci_domains. It also makes it posible to build with pci_domains set or unset. It's my hope that this will put /proc/bus/pci back the way it was and let X lspci

Ahh, good. You didn't say it was broken or impossible, this gives me hope :) For my setup I only have :, can I hard code this some where? Also I might make BusID understand the new format. What else will needs doing once X looks at the right place in proc? I have a good handle on Xfree86
