Ace.h is read from the envvar setting HB_DIR_ADS that point to the
location where you have ADS installed it should never be copied to
xharbour\contrib\rdd_ads, i.e.:
SET HB_DIR_ADS=C:\Program Files\Extended Systems\Advantage 8.1\acesdk
This setting is only used at compile time

some parameters in compilation with new make files.
Now I have seen that I need 'all' as parameter to build dll also.
But Ron has already fixed error.

There is no symbol named '' and I think it is absolutely impossible that
the OBJ has it.
Last but not least, move your working dir to a totally new dir and try
to work from there. Do not touch/edit any file yet, just run MAKE_B32
