[xmail] XMail ctrl/smtp header

Hi Davide, since XMail 1.20 the XMail header line changed (no architecture is shown anymore). That caused problems in our ctrl scripts, because that wasn't mentioned in the changelog (I read it carefully before each Upgrade). another thing is, that xmail does not use one of the server.tab
