Ok, so there has been various comments around this. As you wish to

expire time-out on the database as long as possible.

The fault was indeed -Q? parms = 0
I have a xmail.reg file that I update and then run to maintain the xmail reg
entries.
The file was correct, but the registry content was still the old value.
