I could be completly wrong :) After reviewing the previous posts, it seems strange that the xmail = server rejecting with 'relay denied' and that is supposed to receive the mail = from another 'physical' server is login this line with 127.0.0.1 as the = sender !?!? The original message was

OK, just to add to my confusion, here is part of what is going on - this server also provides the authoritative DNS for trikorausa.com (but not local DNS queries or caching!). It does not provide any other services for trikorausa.com (no email etc.) - the records point to an outside address.
