Is it normal that even if I put a range of IPs inside smtp.ipprop.tab that
emails that I receive from theses IPs get caught by filters? I have triple
checked all the .tab files and they are all in correct format (tabs and
enter for last line).

properly as some threads are still active. You need to send it again
at least once to get XMail to actually shutdown. It was an
