Note: Windows 2000 platform: I'm currently running a slightly stale version of xmail (I'm still running it because I made some custom mods to a few things and I haven't had time to pull the source and update a new version with the mods). It's running fine (now that I cleaned some bad messages out the spool queue).
But I want to look at the latest version, and see if I can adapt my strategies to it as written, without having to do any custom mods. So, the question: Is it possible to run two copies of xmail on the same machine (of course, using different ports and a different mail-root)? If so, are there any special situations that need to be addressed (such as the service name)? Anything that's going to come back and bite me? What about naming for the registry keys that are used for options and stuff? Any suggestions (other than "don't do that")? :) - To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe xmail" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] For general help: send the line "help" in the body of a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
