There is no other libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll in c:\windows\system32 and
path.
This error was occured when getting frozlist from cgi.

Mixing source code files from various versions for same projet (like here
openssl libs) is not a good think and generaly end with errors at compile
time as many files are version depends (and some times os dependent
especialy for the good header file to use) :-/
