We have a paid user license for XMLmind XML Editor. We would like to
get the XMLmind XSL-FO Converter xfc.jar file.

XMLmind XML Editor Professional Edition includes a fully functional copy of XMLmind XSL-FO Converter, a different, commercial XMLmind product.

You'll find its xfc.jar in XXE_install_dir/addon/xfc_foprocessor/.

However this specific xfc.jar has been modified in order to raise an exception, thus stop working, when used outside XMLmind XML Editor[*].

In order to get an xfc.jar which works outside XMLmind XML Editor, you'll have to purchase a different product:

XMLmind XSL-FO Converter
http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/

Which license to choose is explained here:
http://www.xmlmind.com/foconverter/which_license.html

Price list:

Please note that the least inexpensive license -Desktop License- does not allow the integration of xfc.jar into another application. That is, with this license, you may just use the desktop application called XMLmind XSL Utility and you may just invoke the stock command-line utilities fo2rtf, fo2wml, fo2docx, fo2odt from scripts, makefiles, ant files, etc.

[*] This specific xfc.jar also works fine in the command-line version of XMLmind XML Editor called "xxetool". See "The xxetool command-line utility", http://www.xmlmind.com/xmleditor/_distrib/doc/xxetool/index.html
