A new pixman release 0.15.18 is now available. This is a beta release
leading up to a stable 0.16.0 release.

Just one major fix, a renaming of mitmisc.h to cater for case-insensitive
filesystems. This release affects libXext which needs to be updated to
compile against this version.
It does not affect clients, these should include MITMisc.h.
