resolution but in fact it has 1360*768,when the Linux GUI appears we notice

Select for ConfigureNotify on the root window.

Hi. Xorg 7.1.1 (from CentOS 5.4) crashes when I bring up the Display or
Screen Resolution control panels -- this is on a Lenovo ThinkPad T61.
I am trying to configure an extended desktop using the laptop screen and

Some versions of gnome save display related settings and switch to them
when you log in. Youhave to remove the saved gnome settings. See this
