It may be an issue with that particular clock. Does the same issue happen with
other modes and refresh rates? In particular the other 1600x1200 mode?

1) changes more modes to show gnome login screen than radeonhd
2) dri crashed(due to not using latest mesa & dri), but it crashed the
X server as well
