One thing i can see from your logs is that your Caicos gpu is
supported and attached to the radeon-kms driver, not amdgpu-kms, so i
think your xorg.conf's device section should have
Driver "radeon"
, not "amdgpu"? Other than that, dmesg output would give more hints.
