I got them check into the cvs head and the 0.4 branch.
I edited them a bit.
I think I will make a 0.4.2 sometime soon.

2 ways to do this.
1 - run the xserver at 16 bpp and then xrdp will convert to 15 bpp.
2 - run the xserver at 15 bpp.
option 1 takes more machine cycles
option 2 may be some apps that don't like a 15 bpp xserver
That's it. I prefer option 2.

(rdpsnd_negotiate) and list of soundformats - but xrdp generic rdpchan
