I have a similar opinion to Bruno. Very frequently we have meetings that any number of us are unable to attend. Keeping the discussion (or at least key points and potentially voting) within a separate mailing list can increase the response rate and help ensure decisions are agreed upon by a

I personally think a tag in the subject would work better. I receive hundreds of ubuntu and debian emails each week, so it's hard to know what ones are actually relevant, so another mailing list wouldn't really help in that case. And tags should be just as good for looking up the email in the
