If I remember correctly it's:
~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-panel.xml
and
/etc/xdg/xfce4/panel/default.xml
But I could be wrong.

layouts to a file. Given a file saved this way, is there some way to restore
it from a command line terminal window? (I want to clone a panel layout to
multiple users using a script.)
