  allow me to highlight the "Ultrid Samples for the
XUL Grand Coding Challenge 2004" page that includes
the counter sample localised in English, French,
German, Italian, Chinese and Russian!
 
  Pierre Morel writes: 

   What you see here is a very basic demonstration of
the powerful Ultrid language and engine. You have a
glimpse on how to start from a simple counter and add
more components very easily! Although this sample
could have been written with a lot less code, using
the default values, efforts have been made to create
it with the suggestions of the Java L&F Design
Guidelines in mind. This shows the compliance of
Ultrid with Swing and AWT components. The whole User
Interface is written in XPML (eXtensible Programming
Markup Language) and the logic in javascript. It could
have been done in one of the 10 scripting languages
supported. Not one single line of Java was required to
create these 3 demos.
