I have fixed this problem, please, try again. Also Yade-button appears in
Science menu and it seems works properly.
If it is ok, what about proposing this version to master archive of ubuntu
and make it available through apt-get? I think Yade can appear there since
Natty version.

Excellent, thanks! Eh... I just found out it will not work on machines
without terminator (e.g. with gnome-terminal and such). The options must
be xterm-compatible, and to run
One more small thing: some of the scripts in
/usr/share/doc/yade-0.60/examples are compressed. Can we remove
dh_compress from debian/rules completely, until we figure out how to
make it not compress scripts? Good work, anyway!

But I have a warning now during installing:
update-alternatives: using /usr/bin/yade-0.60 to provide /usr/bin/yade
(yade) in auto mode.
