Shiewei is the maintainer and distributor of sudoDEM [1].
I think I met him at DEM8 too. The sources of sudoDEM were available at
that time IIRC, it changed since then.
The license issues are easy to fix and (hopefully) the source code will be
easy to get.
We can ping Jidong otherwise.
