error is occuring in nova and neutron log
When creating instance getting error like this in nova compute log

v1 driver use the AFTER_ event, but sg pass down from plugin just
includes the id, we can not delete the rules related to the sg group
base on it.
and after we get the sg with right rules, we need emit several rule
delete operation into journal thread.

I didn't observe that in my deployments, and it's the linux kernel what
it's responsible of that specific behaviour (policing). I suspect it
could be related to your kernel HZ.
What kernel are you using?.

In support-matrix, it says that vmware driver supports chap authentication over
iscsi.
In fact, vmware driver doesn't pass authentication info to vSphere API.
So the function doesn't work.

Setup:
Multiple controller (DVR_SNAT) setup.
Steps:
1) Create tenant network, subnet and router.

Now we can use nova boot with poll parameter for one instance. But if we
want to boot multiple instances, it return whenever the first instance
succeeds or fails.
It would be much better for testing to return the result of all instance
when boot with max and min parameters.

In Nova, when deleting a nova-agent , no message or alert is generated.
But for other commands eg. nova delete , after deleting an
instance a proper message is generated.
