We are hitting sometimes a problem in "test_port_ip_update_revises" [1],
when the IP is concurrently allocated and used in other port. To prevent
that, we can force "_find_ip_address" to return not the first IP but a
random one. This will reduce this occurrence.

If "nova list --all-tenants --deleted" is run after the
"virtual_interface_obj.fill_virtual_interface_list" migration that was
added in Stein it will fail with a " (HTTP 500)" error because of
encountering a bad marker. This will be a problem until the archival is
run I guess.
The affected API is deprecated now, see the reasoning in bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1525101 but we likely won't fix
this at this point.
