The [DEFAULT] use_forwarded_for parameter enables detection of remote address
by the X-Forwarded-For request header.
However this functionality is duplicate of the HTTPProxyToWSGI middleware in
the oslo.middleware library.
Now the HTTPProxyToWSGI middleware is enabled in
