runningt he Resource Providers check fails due:

The root cause of this issue was not nova, it was CentOS image defaults
to domain .novalocal, then cloud-init apply that value on startup. With
ubuntu or cirros this don't happen.
Will mark the bug as invalid.

Launching an instance causes a lot of error messages in nova-api logs.
The instance is not able to retrieve metadata.
How to reproduce
Deploy nova master branch.
Spawn an instance.
Wait the instance to be active.

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'port_security_enabled'
Instances fail to deploy while retrieving the port in openvswitch_agent.
I think may be related to this recent change

While configuring nova with neutron and designate to provide DNS to
instances, found that if use_neutron is not explicitly set to True in
nova.conf it gets ignored and dhcp_domain setting is used (novalocal by
default). I think designate does nothing

Heat stack topology tab is not appearing in Horizon.
Using CentOS Ocata from RDO packages and also CentOS source from master.
The tab does not appear in any of them.
OpenStack is deployed with Kolla.
Cannot find any error or warning message in logs.
