During queens cycle we set hw_firmware_type to be uefi for aarch64
architecture (as it is the only sane way to boot an instance there).
Since then images do not need to have 'hw_firmware_type' property set to
get instances working.
The problem starts when there are issues
Problem still present in Kolla as setuptools 46 is installed by
virtualenv.

over 4 years ago...
Two days ago setuptools v46 got released. One of changes was drop of
Features feature.
Now Kolla builds fail:

On AArch64 we use cpu_mode='host-passthrought' which should allow us to
do live migration between compute nodes running same cpus.

I am working on getting OpenStack running on aarch64 architecture. And
it is there. But I wanted to have graphical console like it is present
on x86.
Went though settings, enabled VNC/Spice and got "libvirtError: internal
error: No free USB ports" message instead.
