The way we are retrieving NUMA properties from image meta data is coming
from the method 'numa_get_constraints' this method is waiting for the
dict property form image_meta.
We can see on the part of the code this method called with an instance
of image meta data and not the property dict.
We fix it we should always pass the whole object of image.
