When launching a new instance, if you have several security groups with
the same name (Dont ask why would you do that :D) its impossible to
differentiate between them.

The group ID should be next/below to the security group name as to be
easier to identify them.

This is heavily minimized on the new instance launch as it can show both
the description and the rules inside it, but I blieve the ID should
still appear in there as well.
