Bug description:
Creating new instance for Mitka 9.1.1 (Devstack) remove default route
on the Host (Ubuntu 16.4)
Reproduction steps:
1. Check that your default route on the host is persistent (make few reboots)
2. Run fresh devstack allinone node on ubuntu 16.04 (Mitaka 9.1.1)
3. Start new instance (I did it with horizon)
4. You will lost ssh connection and horizon connection, if you connect via
console you will see that default route disappear
It's appear just for starting first instance in the system.
Under /etc/network/interfaces I have configured and worked default route
Workaround: add default route manually via console using:
route add default gw x.x.x.x
