Public bug reported:
test_create_subport_invalid_inherit_network_segmentation_type uses
default network type. It tests that in case 'inherit' is passed as
segmentation type, the API call will fail because it assumes unsupported
segmentation type. In case the test is executed against deployment using
supported type as default, the test fails because API correctly returns
this supported segmentation type, e.g. vlan.
