  Linux, Ubuntu, 18.04, X36CI, NB13, Can't set max resolution on 5K
  monitor that connected to SUT(FR:100%)

Bug description:
  Description:
  Connect a LG 27" 5K Thunderbolt Type-3 Monitor to the  Thunderbolt-3 port of 
SUT, can't set maximum resolution(5160x2880) in Display setting, the maximum 
can be set is 4096 x 2304.

  Expected Behavior:
  Connect a LG 27" 5K Thunderbolt Type-3 Monitor to the  Thunderbolt-3 port of 
SUT, can set maximum resolution(5160x2880) in Display setting.

Daisy-Chain Format Functionality Test step:18

  Steps to Reproduce:  
  1. Power on SUT, then plugging in the  LG 27" 5K Thunderbolt Type-3 Monitor  
to the  Thunderbolt-3  port on SUT;
  2. Set SUT and the external monitor to external only mode;
  3. Go to the Display Setting and Check to make sure that the  resolution 
  4. Find can't set maximum resolution(5160x2880) in Display setting, the 
maximum can be set is 4096 x 2304.-->problem(Refer to pic)
