  Linux, Ubuntu, 18.04, X36CI, NB13, After lid close/open, external
  screen show black screen about 10s.

  Description: 
  Connect monitor to SUT, local LCD and external monitor display as Join 
Displays normaly, close/open lid external monitor show black screen about 10s, 
then display OS desktop.

  
  Expected Behavior: 
  External monitor show OS desktop immediately after close/open lid.

  [CSV-TC-5222][WIS-TC-4399] Linux_NB_Salomon-Wired-Dock-The "DisplayPort Over 
USB-C" Connector/Port Video Test with "USB-C to HDMI" Adapter/Dongle,step 16.

  Steps to Reproduce:
    
  1. Clean Install Ubuntu OS 18.04
  2. Boot to OS and connect salomon dock to SUT;
  3. Connect an external monitor to SUT, local LCD and external monitor display 
as Join Displays normaly, close lid, find external monitor show black screen 
about 10s.-->Problem(refer to video)
  4. Open lid, find SUT and external monitor show black screen about 
10s.-->Problem
