This is observed during live migration in a large scale env. ovs-
agent+l2pop is used in the env.
The oberserved issue is:
If multiple vms live migrates at the same time, some host will have stale
unicast information at table 20, which still points vm to the old host.

To reduce complexity in configuring SR-IOV I want to deprecate
the supported_pci_vendor_devs option. This option is doing extra
validation that pci vendor id and product id provided by
nova in the neutron port binding profile is matching
to the vendor id and product id in

There is py26 compatibility code in the libvirt driver to query the
console output [1]. We can drop that as we have py27 as minimum. At the
same time we can refactor that method a little to make it easier to
read.

Unfortunately we don't have the capacity to resolve support requests here.
The issue you describe is most probably a configuration issue where Nova
cannot communicate/authenticate with Keystone. The manuals [1] should give you
enough information how to solve this. There is also a mailing list [2]
