Public bug reported:
Background:
We need a stable and functional public cloud. It means users could launch VM
and call openstack API as they want.
So we need the server more strong and strong error-tolerance.
Scenario:
1. Neutron agent report its status through rpc to server side.
2. Alright,
At least as written, there appears to be no problem here: you're passing
a URL without encoding the parameters. The unicode you've used in the
name parameter needs to be encoded. Once done the URL will look like:
/placement/resource_providers?name=RP_test-
This is now blocking the designate gates.
This seems like a pretty major change (considering it broke at least
grenade + designate) with no warning.
