We are using Openstack Neutron 13.0.6 and it is deployed using
OpenStack-helm.
I test ping servers in the same vlan while rebooting neutron-ovs-agent.
The result shows

On xenial if I install a kernel 4.8.0 instead of 4.4.0 on the nova-
compute nodes the problem vanishes:
$ sudo apt install linux-image-4.8.0-58-generic linux-image-

For /boot/grub/menu.lst choose "Keep the local version currently
installed".

When accessing the monitoring url while not logged in (or while waited a day
and trying to access the site again (logged out meanwhile)) in the OpenStack
dashboard, the site throws an error:

I tried stacking many times using the ovn-local.conf.sample (Q_AGENT=ovn), but
I got a lot of errors,

We can see the test trying with other project context can access the API
