A log on button name in horizon depends on auth_type.
If auth_type is 'credentials', it will be shown 'Sign in'. If not so, it will
be Connect'.
In this case, 'Sign in' is shown firstly, whichever an auth_type a user have.
Then if auth_type is not 'credentials', its name

This seems like a bug to me. I understand that it stands as a limitation
that keepalived always selects the higher-IP to be master, but then I
would expect the non-higher-IP nodes to revert to backups. If this isn't
the case (as it seems from what Ann and Gustavo write) then this is a
bug.

There looks to be a window when a port is being created that has
requested fixed IPs on specific subnets where the subnet can be deleted
and the port creation will return successfully without getting IPs on
all requested subnets.
