This may actually be a problem with the glance metadata catalog, which
it looks like that's what horizon uses to build the flavor extra specs
dialog. For example, hw:boot_menu and hw:cpu_policy have the expected
namespace: prefix, but hw_watchdog_action does not. There are other more
exotic things

Existing functionality of l2pop:
L2pop driver on server side -
1) when port binding or status or ip_address(or mac) is updated, notify this
port's FDB(i.e port's
ip address, mac, hosting agent's tunnel ip) to all agents
2) also checks if it is the first or last port on
