Title:
  dvr scenario job fails with timeouts

Status in neutron:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The job routinely takes almost 3h to execute, which results in job
  timeout. This may be related to Meltdown bug patched in infra. Anyway,
  we should strive to speed up the job, because an alternative would be
  splitting the job into parts, and that's not ideal (more jobs in gate
  means higher spurious failure rate).

  We currently use concurrency=2 for the job. We should try to increase
  it by removing the cap, and see if it helps.

My CLOUD VPS is not working for more than month maybe. One day I tried to 
connect and I was unable to connect. I opened my nodeteria managing page and I 
there also the vps was stuck. The status was ERROR. I wrone an email about the 
problem and no one answered me. I continue get charged and I see new invoices 
and I don't have the service for I am paying!! 
Now I opened the managing web page again and I see: Manage Your Server
Unexpected API Error. Please report this at http://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/ and 
attach the Nova API log if possible. Where is this NOPA Api log ? 
Fix my VM or I'll find better VPS provider!

quota: Use neutron default quota (read-only) API

Neutron provides an API to retrieve default quotas since newton.
Unfortunately there is no corresponding neutron API extension
is not defined, so there is no way to detect it via API.
The API exists since newton, so this commit just switches to
the default quota API.

Title:
  horizon gets the default quota for floating ips for new projects from
  the what the current user has

Bug description:
  After some investigation it appears that when you login to Horizon and
  go to create a new project, it gets the default neutron floating IP
  quota value from the current value that the logged in user has. This
  was quite confusing.

  
  This will likely not be fixable until this feature lands in neutron: 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1204956, Since Horizon has no way to 
get defaults and this is probably a good reasonable solution until then.

  Steps:

  Login as a user with who's default tenant has a quota of 50 floating IPs. 
  Go to create project, note the pre-filled value is 50.
  Change tenant's quota to "123"
  Logout
  Login again 
  Go to create project, note the pre-filled value is 123.

There should be the same style in the table, which is easier for the user to 
accept.

Title:
  The display of 'None' value in volume table is inconsistent

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  In Progress

Bug description:
  In volume table, when the value of 'description' and 'type' is None there 
will display a '-'. But there display none when the value of the attachment is 
none.  
  There should be the same style in the table, which is easier for the user to 
accept.

Public bug reported:

If I visit cloud-init.org i get a cert that is only valid for cloud-init.io.
Is the .org site legitimate or a bogus site? Is it a simple misconfiguration?
I reached the .org site through Google, so it must be popular in some sense.
A picture is worth a thousand words, so have a look at the attached screenshot.
