We have two deployments, one with ~150 bare metal nodes, and another with ~300.
These are each managed by one nova-compute process running the Ironic driver.

While instance has disabled port security its not able to reach DHCP service.
Looks like the change [1] introduced this regression.
Port has [unknown] address set:
This should not be an issue with Python 3, which is all we support now.
