We found error within N-cpu when it raise detaching network adapter failed
the error log can be found in [1].
This happens in test [2] and we try to update server
[1]
Let's plan something deeper from heat side if neutron can't solve this
issue at the end(which will not happen)

(img_1, and img_2), and you descide that img_2 should use the name `img_1`
instead. Now img_1 -> img_x, img_2 -> img_1.
Now the interesting part is, this new img_1 will reuse the metadata

We use a 50TB Ceph as backend but when we showing the hypervisor summary It
shows double size of it (100TB).
The cause of this is that Horizon didn't know storage backend for these two
hypervisors are shared.
