According to RHEL7 and SLES12 announcement, xfs will became default file system
FS_FORMAT_XFS are used in virt driver layer and FS_FORMAT_XFS is valid file
system
so when we extend our disk , xfs should be considered
we can't use e2fsck or resize2fs directly
