Public bug reported: In short, Nova doesn't actually allow editing Flavors. Horizon has a workaround, which is to delete and create a new one with the same information; this causes unexpected behaviour and breaking issues. Rather than trying to add magic behaviour and logic in the UI, we should just stick to what the API offers.
