We do have the following API 
*/apps/\{appid\}/appattempts/\{appattemptid\}/containers*  in RM . For running 
application you should be able to get container list.

why can't we supply the rest api, which can make the users get the container 
list for a application. For example, http:///ws/v1/cluster/apps/{appid}/containers/
