Summary: Service Application Master log file can't be found.

It is observed that service am log file can't be found in log folder. When
inspected, _yarnservice-log4j.properties_ has entry for
log4j.appender.amlog.File=*${LOG_DIR}/serviceam.log* where LOG_DIR is not
resolving.
When changed above value to log4j.appender.amlog.File=*./serviceam.log*, able
to see the log.
