Fix Version/s: 2.6.1

Pulled this into 2.6.1, the patch applied well except for a conflict issue in 
LeveldbTimelineStore.java.

Ran compilation and TestJobHistoryEventHandler, TestMRTimelineEventHandling, 
TestDistributedShell, TestLeveldbTimelineStore, TestTimelineDataManager, 
TimelineStoreTestUtils before the push.
