Description: Auxiliary services today are run within the same node manager 
process. This is undesirable because issues within auxiliary services can take 
down the whole node manager process. To have better isolation, we can launch 
auxiliary services in system containers, which is a concept that we don't have 
in YARN today. As a bonus point, we have monitor the resource usage of 
auxiliary services if they run in separate containers.  (was: Auxiliary
