Attachment: YARN-5780.poc.patch
POC patch to launch timeline client and post timeline data. This patch applies
to the latest slider develop branch. There were some nontrivial work to make
this patch work with Hadoop trunk (which has timeline v.2 code), but I didn't
include those changes since this feature should be targeted to the native
service branch of YARN. By that time these obstacles should have been removed.
