in version 2.7.1, line 1914 may cause IllegalArgumentException in
RMAppAttemptImpl:
YarnApplicationAttemptState.valueOf(this.getState().toString())
cause by this.getState() returns type RMAppAttemptState which may not be
converted to YarnApplicationAttemptState.
