This series is adding Gitlab CI to meta-zephyr. I've been running a version of this on my personal gitlab for some time (see https://gitlab.com/jonmason00/meta-zephyr/-/pipelines).
This will allow Arm (and anyone else) that wants to run CI as part of their process for submitting patches to meta-zephyr to verify they work prior to submission. In addition to the CI, I've added some patches necessary to get meta-zephyr working for me.
