Have anyone worked on mingw based toolchain for 64bit windows.
I have build the MinGW toolchain for 64 bit windows.
But while executing a program, i am getting error as as.exe cannot start
or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit version of windows

Also as a testing plan we are planning for compliance testing(LTP, LSB).
But when we tried to compile the test suite with our toolchain for LTP
case, it's getting failed.

building meta-toolchain with MACHINE as “qemux86-64” in local.conf
For qemux86, we are mentioning it as SDKMACHINE ?= i686-mingw32.
