I have a similar syncing problem, all be it coupled with the Missing
Sync ... but it's yojimbo syncs that keep failing
I performed a factory reset on my Windows Mobile device, and now when
I try to sync I get the following error

while syncing: NSInvalidArgumentException, reason

clientAcceptedChangesForRecordWithIdentifier:formattedRecord:newRecordId
entifier:]: you can't change the record identifier from
com.apple.syncservices:F8B67192-659A-49F5-AB0A-900F8E10C7C1 to wm://
<Missing_Sync_Internal_Memory/tytn>\My Documents\NOC: it is already
associated with a different record.

The last time this happened I ended up deleting all sync databases
and starting from scratch (just doing a reset from .mac didn't do the
trick)
Any suggestions / thoughts for this one (other than speak to Mark
Space obviously :)
